With the introduction of the Air Flow Block (AFB) Energy-Saving Brick, which was first unveiled in 2023 at the Architect Expo 2023, the founding team has overcome numerous challenges in launching this business. From technical and marketing obstacles to various other factors, the development of this innovative brick in the construction industry has required determination and expertise.

As relentless innovators, our team has continuously worked to refine and expand upon this concept. Now, after nearly two years of development, the AFB brick has evolved to the next level, delivering energy-saving benefits never seen before in the industry.

The key innovation lies in integrating the AFB brick’s unique air channel system with an Underground Cooling System, which allows cool air to flow into the walls. Additionally, we have adapted traditional tropical architectural wisdom, such as ceiling ventilation and floor-level heat dissipation (commonly known as “cat holes”), to create an enhanced, energy-efficient home. This has resulted in the development of the patented “Natural Passive House” (NPH), which we are proud to introduce.
